Background

What did I do?

Lead the evaluation, selection, deployment, migration, onboarding, optimization, and continued education of a new analytics platform (Heap Analytics) across 50 businesses all within a one year period.

What was included?

Putting together a team of stakeholders from across the organization to evaluate analytics platforms.

Creation of evaluation scorecards to ensure we made an informed decision.

Developed a plan for configuring, deploying, and onboarding Heap across all of our 50 business.

Held educational webinars to onboard and educate power users and stakeholders on how to use the new tool.

Integrated Heap Analytics with core marketing & sales platforms including Marketo, SalesForce, Segment CDP, and more.

Created full documentation, user guide, and education paths to enable self-serve onboarding.

How did it go?

Heap Analytics proved to be an incredibly valuable tool. We deployed, onboarded, migrated, and launched Heap across all 50 of our company's marketing web properties within 6 months of start.

The following year, I worked with our central product team to assist in modifying our user guide and deploying Heap Analytics into various EverCommerce subsidiary products. This enabled our product teams with improved product analytics, and enabled our entire organization with the ability to track the entire customer lifecycle.
